Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 deep dish pie shell (baked)
Preparation

Separate eggs (use egg whites for meringue).
Place all other ingredients in a double boiler and cook until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue and brown.
