Shrimp Scampi With Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp, shelled with tails left on and deveined
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
    2 tsp. finely chopped parsley
    1/3 c. white cooking wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; add garlic and parsley and saute lightly.
    Blend in cooking wine and salt and pepper.
    Add shrimp and saute quickly until they are tender, approximately 5 minutes.
    Arrange shrimp on a bed of rice pilaf and serve the sauce of the shrimp.
