Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mash potatoes.
Mix other ingredients in blender; add to potatoes.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
Cover with topping.
Cover with foil or lid and bake 30 minutes longer.
