Baked Chicken, Broccoli And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of chicken and broccoli soup
    1 1/2 c. water or milk
    3/4 c. regular long grain rice, uncooked
    4 chicken breast halves
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    1 can French fried onion rings, divided
Preparation
    In a 2-quart baking dish, combine soup, rice and water or milk.
    Add about half the onion rings, slightly crumbled.
    Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
    Top with rest of onion rings and return to oven for 10 minutes longer.
    Can use skim milk.
    Red pepper may perk up sauce.
    I baked chicken and rice for 1 hour and when I added the onion rings on top and put back in oven for 10 minutes, I left uncovered.
