Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    4 small onions
    1 zucchini squash
    1/2 c. rice, cooked
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Saute the ground chuck and onions.
    Add to the squash.
    Add cheese and mushrooms if desired.
    Season to taste and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
