Mixed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cabbage
    1 c. onion
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces.
    Toss.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Cook slowly until crisp-tender.
