Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. all-purpose flour
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Crisco
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Roll out to be filled with fruit pie filling of your choice.
Makes approximately 30 pies.
Fry pies in Puritan or Crisco oil for best pies.
