Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 qt. half and half cream
3 oranges, juiced (with pulp)
3 bananas, mashed
1 lemon, juiced (with pulp)
Preparation

In chilled ice cream freezer can, mix together eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and cream.
Mix together oranges, bananas and lemon. Add to above mixture and add enough whole milk to bring mixture up to fill line on can and freeze per your freezer instructions. Remove paddle.
Best if packed 2 to 4 hours in salt and ice before eating.
