Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    3 eggs
    2 dashes garlic salt or powder
Preparation
    Cut chicken in small pieces.
    Mix ingredients; put chicken into mixture.
    Fry until brown on all sides in about 1 1/2 cups oil.
    (Batter puffs up like the Chinese chicken fingers.)
