Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. small Jell-O brand vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in large mixing bowl.
Beat in eggs.
Add vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and raisins.
Batter will be stiff.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet about 2-inches apart.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
