Burgers 'N Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. bean sprouts, chopped
1/3 c. finely chopped water chestnuts
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 8 patties.
Broil patties 3-inches from heat about 5 minutes on each side. Serves 8. Contains 190 calories.
