Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked carrots
1 c. Velveeta cheese chunks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk (optional)
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain carrots after cooking.
Add cheese and butter.
Stir well and add milk, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour in greased dish.
Put crushed chips on top the last 15 minutes of baking.
