Sauerkraut And Polish Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. jar sauerkraut
    1 lb. Polish sausage
    1 apple, peeled and chopped
    1 large carrot, chopped
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Drain and rinse sauerkraut.
    Cut Polish sausage into 1-inch pieces.
    Put in pan; add 1 cup water, apple, carrot and caraway seed.
    Cook until meat, carrot and apples are done and very little juice left.
