Herb Cheese Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. dried minced onion
    1/2 tsp. dried dill
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. Sauterne wine
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick, onion, sugar and herbs.
    Mix the egg and milk together; beat slightly.
    Add this, the butter and wine to the dry ingredients.
    Beat until blended.
