Caraway Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rye flour
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
    1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Stif flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add egg mix to flour mix.
    Combine cheese and caraway seed, fold into batter.
    Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
    Serve warm.
    Yields 12 muffins.
