Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (raw)
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll like salami.
    (Makes 4 rolls about the size of Ritz crackers.)
    Wrap in foil and seal ends. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove foil; place rolls on rack in pan. (Bake on rack so excess fat can drain off.)
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    When done, roll in paper towel to absorb excess fat.
    Cool and rewrap in foil.
    Keep refrigerated.
