Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    7 eggs
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light. Gradually beat in lemon, sugar, flour and vanilla.
    Add sour cream.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add heavy cream.
    Pour into spring-side pan.
    Place this in a large pan with water.
