Chicken Francaise(2 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken breast, split, boned, skinned and flattened
    salt and pepper to taste (optional)
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chicken broth or water
Preparation
    Season the flattened chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper, if desired.
