Diet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. tomato juice
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 whole chicken breasts, skinned
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and boil 5 minutes.
    Put chicken in shallow pan and pour sauce over.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Add the mushrooms and cheese to each chicken breast. Bake 15 minutes more.
