B.B.'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 egg, beaten
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (saltine)
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
dash of Worcestershire
dash of Texas Pete
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
If you like hot, add more Texas Pete or Tabasco.
Form into patties and fry in small amount of oil.
These may be frozen.
