Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 onion, minced
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 small can green chilies, diced
    10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    4 eggs, beaten with a little milk
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings. Drain well. Dump in shell. Spread chilies on top. Drain mushrooms and spread on top of chilies. Shred cheese. Pour egg mixture onto pie. Try to pour some mixture between shell and pie plate. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until shell browns. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts. Serves 4 to 6.
