Appetizer Crab Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, rinsed, drained and cartilage removed
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 scallop shells or ramekins (4-inch)
    1/4 c. half and half
    1 egg
    paprika
Preparation
    In small mixing bowl, combine crab meat, carrot, cheese, onion, flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Spoon 1/4 of mixture into each scallop shell.
    Arrange shells on serving platter.
    Set aside.
