Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon or lime low calorie gelatin dessert
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/2 (12 oz.) can citrus or lemon-lime sugar-free carbonated beverage
    4 oz. lite whipped topping
Preparation
    Add boiling water to gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add juice from pineapple and beverage.
    Chill until medium-stiff. Whip with mixer until foamy.
    Gradually whip into whipped topping. Fold in pineapple.
    Pour into mold and chill until set.
    Makes approximately 8 servings.
