Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Kraft real mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    3/4 c. diagonally cut celery slices
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper or pimento
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 qt. torn spinach
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar and ginger.
    Add chicken, celery, water chestnuts, pepper and onions; mix lightly.
    Chill several hours.
    Serve on spinach covered platter; sprinkle with noodles.
    Makes 4 servings.
