Squash Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1/4 stick margarine
    1/2 pkg. cornbread dressing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash with salt and pepper to taste until just tender. Drain and mash.
    Mix sour cream and soup; add onion and carrot. Fold into mashed squash.
    Place mixture in greased baking dish. Prepare cornbread dressing and spread over squash mixture.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
