Tuna On A Bun - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 round sandwich buns
1 (7 oz.) can grated tuna
1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. grated onion
mayonnaise to mix
1/2 c. grated American cheese
6 Tbsp. chili sauce
Preparation

Split and toast sandwich buns.
Spread lower halves of buns with tuna salad made by combining tuna fish, celery, onion and mayonnaise to moisten.
Over salad sprinkle grated cheese and top with a tablespoon of chili sauce.
Slide buns back under broiler to melt cheese.
Buns and cheese are hot.
Salad stays crisp and cool. Makes 6 sandwiches.
Can be made with chicken instead of tuna.
