*Pita Venita(Raised Dough Pita With Onions) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 sq. yeast, diluted in 1 c. warm water for 5 minutes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix the above thoroughly and knead well.
    Place dough in bowl and cover. Allow to rise for 1 hour.
    After dough has risen, divide dough into 2 balls.
    Oil baking pan (14 x 17-inch) with olive oil.
