Saccharin Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vinegar
    6 c. water
    10 whole saccharin tablets
    cucumbers
    salt
Preparation
    Bring the vinegar, water and saccharin to a rolling boil.
    Drop in medium cucumbers a few at a time.
    Stir around in solution until color begins to change; don't leave in vinegar solution too long or they may get soft.
    Pack in jars.
    Add 2 teaspoons of salt per quart.
    Cover well with vinegar solution.
    Seal.
