Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked and mashed
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and beat well.
    Put into a greased spring-form pan and brush the top with beaten egg.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Great with crisp, cold salad.
