Cucumber Souffle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime gelatin
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
2 c. diced cucumbers
Preparation

Prepare gelatin as directed on package, but use 1/2 cup less water.
Blend in rest of ingredients, except cucumbers, and place in freezer 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is firm around edges, but soft in center.
Place in a large bowl and whip until fluffy. Fold in cucumbers and chill until firm.
Unmold and garnish.
