Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) jar process cheese spread
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
bread crumbs (for topping)
Preparation

Saute onion in butter. Add rice and stir. Add broth and salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Cover and let set for 15 minutes.
Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Drain and add the Cheez Whiz, stirring to melt the cheese. Add chicken soup and rice to broccoli mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
