Crusty Beef, Cheese And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 (10 1/4 oz.) cans meatless mushroom sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. fine noodles, cooked and drained
    1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Heat oil. Brown meat and onions. Add mushroom sauce, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.
    Arrange in a casserole dish a layer of noodles, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
