Jettie'S Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
8 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening
2 or 3 eggs and enough buttermilk to equal 1 1/2 c.
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour, salt and baking powder. Beat eggs; add buttermilk to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Add to dry ingredients and stir. Knead 20 times. Roll on floured surface and cut with round cutter. Put on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
