Vegetable Cheese Melt - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large poly bags frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
2 lb. block Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain off half the water, then layer vegetables, cheese, vegetables, cheese, vegetables and top with cheese in 2-quart casserole dish. Put in microwave on Medium until cheese is melted.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
