Lemon Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
lemon slices (for garnish)
1/2 tsp. dried dill
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 lb. fish fillets
Preparation

In a large skillet, melt the butter and stir in dill, thyme, scallion and lemon juice.
Add the fish fillets and cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Put fish on a platter; pour butter sauce from the pan over fish.
Garnish with lemon slices.
