French Beef Slice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 loaf French bread
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat, onion and bell pepper in a large skillet.
    Add soups and heat thoroughly.
    Cut top off bread. Remove inside of loaf, tearing into small pieces and add to meat mixture.
    Pour hot mixture into hollowed loaf.
    Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
    Cut in one-inch slices and serve hot.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
