Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cooked chicken, boned and diced
1 large can evaporated milk
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) bag Fritos
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to boil (but do not boil).
Place Fritos in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Pour chicken mixture over Fritos.
Cover with cheese and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
