Curried Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peaches
    1 can pears
    1 can pineapple chunks
    4 tsp. curry powder
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Combine fruits and drain off about 1/3 of the juice.
    Add remaining ingredients; put in casserole dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    The flavor is at its best when baked a day ahead and reheated for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 before serving.
    Wonderful with pork or lamb.
