Veal And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed, boneless veal
    1 can (32 oz.) tomatoes
    1 to 1 1/2 green peppers, sliced
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Lightly oil 4-quart pan.
    Brown meat.
    Add tomatoes, oregano, thyme, cloves and cinnamon.
    If thick, add some water.
    Simmer 2 hours or until veal is tender, then add peppers.
    Cook 1/2 hour more.
    Serve over wide noodles.
    Serves 5 to 6.
