Crab Quesedilla - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. imitation \"crab\"
8 flour tortillas
4 oz. can diced green chiles
1 small can sliced black olives
grated Jack cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place 4 flour tortillas on ovenproof plate or cookie sheets.
Divide crab, chiles and olives and sprinkle on tortillas.
Sprinkle generously with cheese.
Cover with remaining 4 tortillas.
Bake in oven approximately 10 minutes.
You want the tortillas soft and warm and cheese melted. Cut in 8 wedges to serve.
