Pineapple - Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunk pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. shredded cheese
    snack crackers, crushed (I use Ritz crackers)
Preparation
    Mix juice from pineapple with sugar and cornstarch.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over pineapple which has been placed in 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese over pineapple and sauce.
    Top with 1 1/2 cups crackers and dot with butter.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
