Microwave Custard Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In 1-quart glass measuring cup, combine sugar and flour gradually.
Stir in milk.
Heat 5 to 6 minutes on High, until sauce is slightly thickened.
Stir every 2 minutes.
With wire whip, quickly stir in egg yolks.
Heat 1 to 2 minutes on Defrost, until sauce is thickened, stirring after 1 minute.
Stir in vanilla.
Chill slightly before serving.
Yields 2 cups.
