Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. ground bell pepper
    1/2 c. ground hot pepper
    6 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Bring sugar, vinegar, salt and peppers to a boil.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Set aside for 10 minutes.
    Add Certo and 2 to 3 drops of food coloring.
    Stir.
    Let set for 10 minutes.
    Skim.
    Pour into jars.
