Crab Corners - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 English muffins, split
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat
1 jar old English cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
dash of Tabasco or hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Lightly toast muffins and set aside.
Mix together everything else.
Spread evenly on 8 muffin halves.
Cut each muffin into fourths.
Can freeze now on cookie sheet and transfer to plastic bags.
Place frozen pieces on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0
or 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
