Light And Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    graham cracker crumbs
    1 small pkg. lemon jello with 1 c. boiling water
    1 large can chilled Pet milk, whipped
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add lemon juice.
    Mix the lemon jello and 1 cup boiling water.
    Set aside and let cool until syrupy.
    Then add to cream cheese.
    Fold in the whipped canned milk into the mixture.
    Put layer of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a 9 x 15-inch Pyrex dish.
    Spoon mixture onto this.
    Top with more crumbs.
    Chill well before serving.
