Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bran Bud cereal
2 c. boiling water
2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shortening or oil
2 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
5 tsp. baking soda
5 c. All-Bran cereal
4 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
Preparation
-
Add first 3 three ingredients, mix well.
Then add rest of ingredients; mix all together.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Bake some and store rest of batter in refrigerator.
Will last for 6 weeks.
