Riverview Quail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 birds
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    2 slices lemon
    dash of garlic salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Salt and pepper birds; flour lightly.
    Brown on top of stove in 1 stick of butter.
    Add small amount of water, Worcestershire sauce, dash of garlic salt and lemon slices.
    Cover roaster and cook in oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Baste often.
    Add more water if necessary for gravy.
