Enchilada Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion until done and drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, basil, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat mixture in center of each tortilla.
    Roll each tortilla to enclose filling and place in 2-quart oblong dish.
    Pour remaining meat mixture over tortillas.
    Sprinkle cheese over top and cover with foil.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
