Chicken Venetian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar or apple cider
    1 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Arrange single layer of chicken in 10 x 13-inch baking dish. Blend other ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil. Refrigerate and marinate up to 4 hours or all day, if desired. Bake covered 45 minutes at 375\u00b0, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
