Bess' Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (chive cream cheese is best)
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    butter to taste
    sprinkle of paprika
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes.
    Mash with cream cheese and sour cream.
    Add butter and paprika.
    Milk may be added, if too thick. Bake in casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
